Start with a block of 3 sessions in which we'll cover your focus areas and the foundations of running posture & technique, effective run training & key injury prevention tools. Or are you looking for someone to come with you on your marathon or half marathon journey? I offer highly individual support packages on a monthly subscription basis (4 months minimum).
